The Opportunity As part of the Cyber, Risk and Regulatory Marketing team, you will drive integrated, insight-led strategies across marketing, communications, and experience. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead the function's strategy and governance, securing alignment and measurable impact across the organization. This role offers the chance to elevate PwC's brand and operations while influencing senior executives and partners to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Responsibilities - Drive the development of integrated marketing strategies that leverage insights - Set the strategic direction for the Cyber, Risk and Regulatory Marketing team - Oversee governance processes to promote alignment across the organization - Influence senior executives and partners to implement actionable strategies - Elevate PwC's brand through innovative marketing initiatives - Lead multi-year projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency - Foster collaboration across Marketing, Business Units, and firm leadership - Measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives What You Must Have - High School Diploma - At least 8 years of experience in enterprise-level marketing, strategy, planning, or business operations functions What Sets You Apart - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management preferred - Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in strategic execution - Building and scaling governance frameworks across teams - Converting regulatory trends into go-to-market strategies - Possessing proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams - Operating with discipline in budget stewardship - Unifying diverse stakeholders to drive alignment - Demonstrating success influencing and advising senior executives and partners - Leading innovation in planning and marketing effectiveness - Advising senior leadership with data-driven insights - Championing operational excellence through process enhancement Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
